Frequently Asked

Who can report a safety concern?

Anyone who experiences, witnesses, or becomes aware of a safety or safeguarding concern at a RedDoorz property can report it, including guests, property staff, and other individuals who may have relevant information.

What happens after I make a report?

Reports are assessed based on their nature and level of urgency and handled through defined response and escalation procedures. Where appropriate, the concern may be escalated to property management, relevant RedDoorz teams, emergency services, or the appropriate authorities.

Can I report a concern on behalf of someone else?

Yes. Guests, staff, and witnesses can report concerns they have personally experienced or observed, including concerns involving another person who may be at risk.

Will my report be kept confidential?

We handle reports responsibly and limit access to information to those who have a legitimate need to support the assessment, response, and escalation of the concern, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
