JAKARTA, September 11, 2026 – As a leading multi-brand hospitality and accommodation technology platform in Southeast Asia, RedDoorz has once again reaffirmed its commitment to creating a safe, law-compliant, and responsible accommodation environment. This commitment was demonstrated through the RedDoorz Compliance & Safety Training 2026 held on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at RedDoorz Plus near Senayan City, South Jakarta, and broadcast live via YouTube Live Stream.

This full-day training combined child protection education, Human Trafficking (TPPO) law enforcement, and practical fire mitigation simulations. This step is part of RedDoorz's ongoing efforts to support property owners, Property Persons in Charge (PIC), and RedDoorz Operational Teams in meeting modern accommodation industry operational standards.
A key moment of the event was marked by a tumpeng cutting ceremony as a symbol of opening the event and celebrating RedDoorz officially joining as a member of The CODE (International Code of Conduct for the Protection of Children from Sexual Exploitation in Travel and Tourism) through ECPAT Indonesia, attended directly by Mohit Gandas, Country Director of RedDoorz Indonesia, Yona Aldila Pratama, VP of Human Resources at RedDoorz, and Andy Ardian, National Coordinator of ECPAT Indonesia.

Child Protection, Legal Compliance, and Disaster Emergency Response
The training series was divided into two main sessions. The first session focused on child protection and law enforcement. Andy Ardian, National Coordinator of ECPAT Indonesia, presented material on implementing The Code Standards in the tourism sector to prevent child sexual exploitation. This session was followed by legal socialization from the Women and Children Protection and Human Trafficking Enforcement Team (PPA-PPO) of Bareskrim POLRI, outlining the legal framework and concrete steps for private sector collaboration with the police in handling suspected human trafficking cases within accommodation environments.

Moving into the second session, the training shifted to safety and disaster risk management (MKKG). In collaboration with the Jakarta Fire Department (Damkar) Team, participants not only gained theoretical understanding of emergency response but were also invited to participate in real fire-extinguishing simulations using Portable Fire Extinguishers (APAR) in the outdoor area.

This safety training successfully reached more than 400 property partners across various regions in Indonesia, with the live stream recording over 2,177 views.

Participation was not only dominated by partners in Java, but also reached strategic areas such as Sabang, Pangkalpinang, Riau, various points across Sumatra, Sulawesi, to Papua and Kalimantan. Increasing awareness in these regions is considered vital to preventing potential human trafficking practices and strengthening disaster preparedness evenly across the RedDoorz accommodation network.

The positive impact of this event was reflected in the training's Net Promoter Score (NPS) reaching 68.79%. This high score indicates active participant engagement and strong trust from partners to recommend this safety and compliance training material to peers in the hospitality industry.
Going forward, RedDoorz remains committed to providing continuous education for all property partners to ensure that the entire RedDoorz accommodation network in Indonesia remains a safe, comfortable, and law-compliant place to stay.
